Fortnite servers are going down today, March 29th, on all platforms (PC, Mac, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Switch, Android). The maintenance work will be used to load the 24.10 update onto the servers.

What’s happening in Fortnite today? Epic Games is shutting down the servers for Season 2 Chapter 4. This update is most likely the Easter update, which should bring new items and skins into play. Meanwhile, we accompany the maintenance and report to you about the ongoing downtime.

Update, 9:30 a.m.: Epic Games has disabled matchmaking. Soon the server down will be started.

This is the downtime in the morning: According to Epic Games, the servers are expected to be shut down at 10:00 a.m. German time to install a hotfix. Matchmaking is already disabled 30 minutes beforehand, so you won’t be able to search for new rounds after 9:30 a.m.
