In Fortnite, Chapter 4 Season 2 brings a changed map, a new Season Pass and other content. Also included is a new, cool motorbike. But many are disappointed that the bike doesn’t do much more than “look cool”.
Vehicles have been around in Fortnite for a long time, and since Chapter 4 Season 1 we’ve seen motorcycles in Fortnite for the first time. With Season 2 there is now a completely new motorcycle that players can try out. This is the Rogue bike.
But the enthusiasm is limited and that is mainly due to the limited range of functions. And because the predecessor is said to have been better.

New motorbike can’t jump and that’s what many players lack
How are players reacting to the new vehicle? Many are disappointed. Because behind the cool look are few useful features. Because the vehicle can neither jump nor turn properly.
Above all, the missing jump is a problem for many. Because the map is branched and offers hardly any roads on which you can really use the high speed. The severely limited turning ability would also make the part of limited use for quick escapes.
A user on reddit summarizes the thoughts of many players by writing:
Bad off-road, awful turning, not good brakes, sucks fuel. And for what? He can speed on the bridge south of Mega City?
Another added:
Roads are too windy, and there aren’t enough roads in the game to be even useful, and it can’t jump.
What do many players want? Many users want the dirt bike from Season 1 back. While it didn’t look that fancy, it was able to jump and offered good options in-game, and fit well with Fortnite’s nested map.
In comparison, the new rogue bike is a step backwards for many players and many would have liked the dirt bike as an alternative to the new vehicle.
