A user under the nickname HYPEX, who often shares insider information on the royal battle royale Fortnite from Epic Games, showed two skins that were not added to the game.

The leaked images show concepts for two unreleased skins. According to HYPEX, he found the pictures on the personal account of Epic Games concept artist Matt Lau. Since then, both images have been removed.

At the moment, it is unclear whether the developers will add these skins to Fortnite. It’s possible that the cosmetic items just didn’t pass the test, so they’ll never make it into the game.

Recall that until July 18, 2023, a special event “Summer Holidays” is taking place in the battle royale. For participating in the event, Fortnite players can receive various prizes.

Fortnite was released on July 21, 2017. The game is available for free on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, and mobile devices. Battle Royale has seen numerous crossovers, including collaborations with Star Wars, Marvel, Sony, DC, as well as musicians Marshmello and Travis Scott.
