Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2 has already promised to live up to its MEGA moniker with the cyberpunk style of new content and the opening of a new MEGA city that promises the fast-paced action the battle royale building game is famous for.

Now we’ve got another promise of a major collab in the form of two legendary Resident Evil heroes coming to Fortnite.

Leaks from reputable dataminer HYPEX point to the upcoming appearance of Leon Kennedy and Claire Redfield. Their skin designs will be familiar to Resident Evil players of all levels, as their military style cargo pants and overalls seamlessly fit into Epic’s cartoonish aesthetic.

This somewhat coincides with the launch of the Resident Evil 4 remake, which Capcom is set to release on March 24, 2023. Typically, crossovers like these appear in Fortnite when they’re most relevant, such as when a new game, TV series, or movie comes out.

At the moment, it is not known exactly when these two skins will appear in Fortnite and how much they will cost. Typically skins like this cost around 1,500 V-bucks for a skin, or 3,000 for a complete set, but this will obviously be confirmed closer to their release.

The most likely release date seems to be close to that of the Resident Evil 4 remake.
