Fortnite servers are going down today, June 20th, on all platforms (PC, Mac, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Switch, Android). The maintenance work will be used to load the 25.10 update onto the servers.
What’s happening in Fortnite today? Epic Games is shutting down Chapter 4 Season 3 servers to upload a new update. According to the developers (via twitter.com) the daily log-in rewards will be removed from PvE mode.

Fortnite: Server Down – When and how long are they offline?
This is the downtime in the morning: According to Epic Games, the servers are expected to shut down at 9:00 a.m. German time. Matchmaking is already deactivated 30 minutes beforehand, so you can no longer search for new rounds after 8:30 a.m.
When can you play again? This is a major update. It is therefore likely that Epic Games could restart the servers at 11:00 a.m. or even at 1:00 p.m. But that is not confirmed.
When are the patch notes coming? Epic Games usually posts a short list of patch notes on their site after the update. If that happens, we will list them briefly and clearly for you here.
What content could come with Update 25.10?
Epic Games reveals little to no new information about upcoming content before a new update. However, trustworthy leakers like Shiina have been keeping an eye on the data that’s been hidden from ordinary users for a long time and know roughly what to expect this time. - New collaboration – Fortnite X Nike
- Cosmetic items for summer
- Super Styles for Battle Pass skins
- New augments (maybe)
- Reset vom Ranked-Modus
